Individuals: £50 per session (50mins) online.

Concessions rate: From £28 per session (50mins) online.

I believe that financial circumstances shouldn’t be a barrier to accessing therapy. For anyone experiencing financial difficulties, I offer reduced-fee places. If you’re concerned about the cost, please feel comfortable discussing this with me.

Confidentiality

During our first session, I will ask you to complete a consent form, which includes details of who to contact in an emergency.

Your session is completely confidential. However, there may be occasions when I become concerned about your safety. In these circumstances, it may be necessary to contact your GP or another appropriate service. Wherever possible, I would always aim to discuss this with you first.

I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in our sessions. My therapy space is warm, supportive and free from judgement, giving you the opportunity to feel heard, understood and accepted.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your session, if possible please give me at least 24 hours notice.
